Servos is an operating system for service businesses that provides:

• AI-powered chat interface ("Servo") for managing business operations
• Customer relationship management (CRM) functionality
• Job and project management tools
• Communication channels including SMS, email, and chat
• Automation and workflow management
• Data migration tools for transitioning from other CRM platforms

SMS Communications

Our Service includes SMS (text messaging) functionality that allows you to:

• Receive notifications about jobs, approvals, invoices, and account-related events
• Reply to approve/decline actions or send additional information
• Upload images or ask questions via SMS
• Interact with our AI agent ("Servo") through text messages

By opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or by updating your preferences in your account settings. For help, reply HELP.

User Accounts

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features in the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
