End-User License Agreement

License Grant

Subject to this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"), Servos grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Servos software and services for your internal business operations.

Permitted Use

You may use Servos to manage your service business workflows, including job, customer, communication, and invoicing operations.

You are responsible for maintaining account security and ensuring authorized use by your team.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use Servos for unlawful or fraudulent activity
• Bypass security controls or interfere with platform operations
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service on behalf of third parties without written approval

Third-Party Integrations

Servos may integrate with third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online. Your use of each third-party integration is also subject to that provider's terms and policies.

You authorize Servos to access and process integration data only as needed to provide requested functionality.

Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of your business data. Our handling of personal and business data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and Liability

Servos is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servos disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of this EULA or misuse of the platform. You may stop using the platform at any time.
